We are honoured and proud to announce that this is the first time a Japanese orchestra will perform at the InClassica International Music Festival in Dubai, and we are committed to making the most of this rare and special opportunity. The Tokyo Philharmonic rarely stays and performs for two weeks at a single festival, so this is an unmissable occasion for us. We are confident that we will not only excel musically but also absorb the unique atmosphere of Dubai.
The Tokyo Philharmonic was founded in 1911 and will celebrate its 114th anniversary in 2025. This is our first tour in this region in all those years of history. We know music has the power to connect people beyond words, and we’re confident that our orchestra will significantly contribute to that connection by performing at this amazing place. Hosting an international music festival like InClassica takes an incredible amount of effort, and we commend its President,Konstantin Ishkhanov. Bringing together so many conductors, soloists, orchestras, and composers for such an event is truly meaningful, and we have the utmost respect for Konstantin Ishkhanov and the team involved in making it happen.
